VANS ON DISPLAY — Vans, decorated and customized with a variety of portholes, skylights and camper attachments, were on display at the Butler Fairgrounds over the Labor Day weekend in 1974. About 1,500 van owners participated in the event sponsored by the Three Rivers Van Club of Pittsburgh. Most of the participants were young people, including those shown in front of this camper van with side canopy on Aug. 31, 1974.
