Judge William ShafferJudge William Shaffer handed down the following sentences:Samuel W. Magill, 38, of Slippery Rock was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment with the first 30 days in jail, the next 90 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring and the rest on probation for driving under the influence and careless driving. Magill must also serve 100 hours of community service and pay a $1,500 fine. Magill was charged on May 1 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 12.Cynthia K. Lewis, 54, of Butler was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment with the first one year on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license DUI-related. Lewis must also pay $3,500 in fines and serve 100 hours of community service. Lewis was charged on April 20 and pleaded guilty on July 1.Samuel Perry Kuhn Jr., 30, of Butler was sentenced to two years of probation and 35 hours of community service for simple assault. Kuhn was charged on Dec. 28 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 5.Nickolas A. Patterson, 22, of Volant was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment with the first 14 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence and careless driving. Patterson must also pay $1,025 in fines. He was charged on March 26 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 12.Austin R. Montgomery, 22, of Grove City was sentenced to one year of probation for disorderly conduct. Montgomery was charged on Nov. 8 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 14.Joseph Signorello, 35, of Monaca was sentenced to one to two years in jail for conspiracy retail theft and retail theft. Signorello was paroled with credit for time already served. He must also serve one year of probation and pay more than $2,000 in restitution to Walmart. Signorello was charged on March 4, 2016, and pleaded guilty on March 12.Jeremy W. Leduc, 27, of Saegertown was sentenced to six months of probation and must serve 25 hours of community service for disorderly conduct. Leduc was charged on Nov. 13 and pleaded guilty on May 1.Dakota J. Biondo, 22, of Butler was sentenced to 36 months of probation for possession with intent to deliver marijuana. Biondo must also pay a $600 restitution order to the Butler County Drug Task Force and must give up any attempts to recover from authorities firearms he legally possessed at the time of his arrest. Biondo was charged on March 21 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 14.Daniel L. Wolfe, 34, of East Brady was sentenced to 48 hours to six months in jail for driving under the influence. He must also serve 60 hours of community service. Wolfe was charged April 22 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 12.Steven R. Riggle, 58, of Butler was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in jail for driving under the influence. With credit for time served, he was immediately paroled. Riggle must also pay a $1,000 fine and serve 60 hours of community service. He was charged on April 29 and pleaded guilty on July 29.Sean R. Comperatore, 31, of Butler was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment with the first seven days on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence. He must also serve 60 hours of community service and pay a $500 fine. Comperatore was charged on June 18 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 12.Amber Lynn Walsh, 25, of Parker was sentenced to 18 months of probation for forgery. Walsh was charged on Feb. 11 and pleaded guilty on Aug. 14.
