CONNOQUENESSING TWP — Sayge Brunst, 10, was named winner of the Butler Farm Show Little Miss 4-H and will preside over the activities at the event, which continues through Saturday.

Sayge, the daughter of Josh and Kaitlyn Loos of West Sunbury, will attend Dassa McKinney Elementary School as a fifth-grader in the fall.

Assisting her this week will be Ella Stewart, Little Miss runner-up. She is the 10-year-old daughter of Troy and Stacy Stewart of Slippery Rock and will enter fourth-grade at Dassa McKinney.

The competition was Saturday.

Entrants in the poster contest were to depict what they liked about the farm show. Monetary awards were provided by the Woman's Club of Mars.Winners were: Margaret LeViere of Portersville, first; Sayge Brunst, second; Ella Stewart, third; Johanna Shuler of Fenelton, fourth; Emmaline Blatt of Butler, fifth; and Isabella Zedak of Saxonburg, sixth.
