In a separate case, Purcell waived to court charges of robbery, possession of an instrument of crime, simple assault, theft by unlawful taking, retail theft, receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. The charges in this case were filed June 25 also by Butler Township police.Crystal R. Hayes, 41, of Homestead pleaded guilty to retail theft. The charge was filed June 28 by Butler Township police.
