Lynn, 22, of Renfrew pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft and was ordered to pay fines, costs and restitution of $1,309.17. The charge was filed April 1 by Butler Township police.Robert J. Miller Jr., 60, of Butler waived to court charges of illegal use of certain solvents, DUI and careless driving. Charges were filed May 28 by Butler Township police.Joshua S. Lewis, 30, of Fenelton waived to court charges of accident involving damage the attended vehicle, failure to stop and give information or render aid, careless driving, reckless driving, disregarding traffic lane, and operating a vehicle without valid inspection. Charges were filed May 30 by Butler Township police.Tara C. Purcell, 40, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft. The charge was filed June 28 by Butler Township police. In a separate case, Purcell waived to court charges of robbery, possession of an instrument of crime, simple assault, theft by unlawful taking, retail theft, receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. The charges in this case were filed June 25 also by Butler Township police.Crystal R. Hayes, 41, of Homestead pleaded guilty to retail theft. The charge was filed June 28 by Butler Township police. In a separate case, Hayes waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy to commit robbery, criminal conspiracy to commit theft, receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft and disorderly conduct. Charges in this case were filed June 25 also by Butler Township police.Samuel R. Heinz, 41, of Penn Hills waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving.
