SAXONBURG — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Sue Haggerty.
Jessica N. Sboray, 26, of Turtle Creek waived to court charges of DUI, turning movements and required signals, exceeding max speed limit by 25 mph and careless driving filed April 1 by Kittanning state police.
Ashlee L. Heiser, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving and failure to use safety belt filed May 13 by Butler state police.
Rachel L. Mathews, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct filed June 12 by Butler state police.
Charles J. Diller, 58, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lane filed May 13 by Buffalo Township police.
Michael W. Klaus, 43, of Pittsburgh waived to court theft of services filed May 13 by Butler state police.
Erika E. Kennedy, 31, of Clarion waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving filed April 1 by Kittanning state police.
Robert W. Wargo, 64, of Sarver was held for court on terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment filed June 6 by Butler state police.
CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard the following cases.Thomas Slavicek, 49, of Avalon waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed May 28 by Cranberry Township police.Jesse M. Holliday, 30, of New Castle waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Jan. 14 by Cranberry Township police.Cody Stewart, 26, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed June 20 by Cranberry Township police.Rodrigus Carr, 36, of Roseboro, N.C., waived to court charges of simple assault, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness. Charges were filed June 28 by Cranberry Township police.Max Darbee, 25, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, careless driving and driving at an unsafe speed. Charges were filed May 14 by Cranberry Township police.James Hanif, 37, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., was held for court on charges of robbery while threatening serious injury, criminal use of a communication facility, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance. Charges were filed June 30 by Cranberry Township police.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases.Daniel R. Wehner, 55, of Wexford waived to court two counts of simple assault and two counts of harassment. Two counts of aggravated assault were withdrawn. Charges were filed June 10 by Adams Township police. In a separate case, Wehner waived to court charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, DUI: general impairment of driving safely and restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed June 20 by Adams Township police.Ashton A. Calderon, 25, of Butler was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed May 24 by state police.Jamie C. Wright, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, access device issued to another who did not authorize use, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving while suspended or revoked. Charges were filed April 23 by state police.Robert M. Codispot Jr., 31, of Butler was held for court on a charge of DUI: controlled substance impaired ability first offense. The charge was filed June 3 by state police.
