JACKSON TWP — The Seneca Valley School District is in the process of organizing a special Veteran Recognition Day during the Raiders’ first varsity football home game Aug. 30 against Central Catholic.

Seneca Valley wants to honor veterans and active military personnel who live in the district.

Veterans will join the Raider football team in the locker room prior to 6 p.m. warm-ups and put American Flag stickers on their helmets. The veterans will receive free admission, special seating and parking accommodations for the game.
