EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases.

Michael Scott Furge, 53, of Evans City waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, careless driving and disregarding a traffic lane. Charges were filed May 13 by State Police.

Wendell Tyler Rubright, 24, of Harmony waived to court charges of DUI and illegally parking within 30 feet of a traffic signal. Charges were filed May 8 by Jackson Township Police.

Daniel William Faller, 25, of Zelienople waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and speeding. Charges were filed May 8 by Jackson Township Police.
