Three-vehicle accident on 422 slows traffic
BUTLER TWP — A three-vehicle accident on Route 422 East near the exit for Route 356 caused major delays on the eastbound side of the roadway Monday.
Butler Township Police and emergency personnel responded to the accident but it was not immediately clear if there were any injuries. The cause of the accident remains unknown.
The vehicles involved in the accident began to be towed away around 5:20 p.m.
The scene was cleared by 5:30 p.m.
