Get ready for summer full of music, theater, art

Concerts, plays, musicals and art shows don't stop after Memorial Day. In fact many are specially designed for the summer months, and many are free.

Butler County Symphony

The Butler County Symphony Association will again host a summer lunchtime concert series.

This year concerts will take place on Fridays, some in the symphony office at 259 S. Main St. and some in Diamond Park, opposite the Butler County Courthouse on Main Street.

Admission is free.

The free Family Concert Series, sponsored by the Butler County Parks and Recreation Department, begins at 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays June 11 to Aug. 13 in the Odd Fellow Gazebo at Alameda Park in Butler Township.

Butler Little TheatreThe youth production of “Peter Pan” by J.M.
