SV grad Cinicola 1st team All-PAC
NEW WILMINGTON — Seneca Valley graduate Frank Cinicola, a junior outfielder on the Westminster College baseball team, has been named first team All-Presidents’ Athletic Conference.
Cinicola hit .339 this season and led the Titans with 30 RBI. He was second on the team with a .522 slugging percentage.
