SLIPPERY ROCK — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge William O’Donnell.
Joshua Jason Tombari, 20, of Lyndonville, N.Y., waived to court charges of DUI and period for requiring lighted lamps filed Feb. 10 by Slippery Rock University police.
Michael Alan Burtner, 29, of Fombell pleaded guilty to a charge of unsworn falsification to authorities filed June 6 by state police.
Shyanne Mae Getty, 27, of Portersville waived to court charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft, receiving and criminal mischief filed May 11, 2017, by state police. Getty also waived to court charges of drug paraphernalia and false ID to law enforcement officer filed March 25 by state police.
David George Pringle, 34, of New Castle was held for court on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, DUI, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, no rear lights and no inspection filed Nov. 6 by state police.
Paul N. Jeppsen, 61, of Salt Lake City, Utah, waived to court charges of simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and harassment filed April 1 by state police.
Mitchell Hallgren, 24, of Slippery Rock waived to court a charge of theft filed Oct. 11 by Slippery Rock Borough police.
Patricia J. Bailey, 50, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI and vehicle entering or crossing road filed Feb. 5 by state police.
