District Judge Kevin O’DonnellBUTLER TWP — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Kevin O’Donnell.Joshua M. Tierno, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy-theft by deception filed Jan. 18 by Butler Township police.James A. Wilson, 64, of Butler County Prison, waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (three counts), possession of a controlled substance (three counts) and drug paraphernalia (three counts) filed April 8 by state police.Emily M. Steinke, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal trespass filed April 1 by Butler Township police.Amanda A. Young, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of theft of leased property and conspiracy filed Nov. 2 by Butler Township police. Young also waived to court charges of bad checks (two counts) also filed by township police.Kirti Sharma, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disorderly conduct, careless driving, speeding and lane violations filed March 13 by Butler Township police.Dustin J. Cunning, 31, of Evans City waived to court charges of retail theft, criminal trespass and conspiracy filed April 1 by Butler Township police.Markis D. Roland, 38, of Youngstown, Ohio, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay a fine and costs of $613. He was charged April 8 by Butler Township police.Dennis R. John 43, of Butler, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving during suspension and was ordered to pay $1,577 fine and costs and was committed to 90 days in the county jail. He was charged April 11 by Butler Township police. He received the same sentence after pleading guilty to a driving during suspension charge filed March 18 by township police. He also pleaded guilty to a driving during suspension charge filed March 27 by township police and was ordered to pay $1,623 fine and costs plus spend 90 days in jail.Chad J. Hustak, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a retail theft charge and was ordered to pay $598 fine, costs and restitution. He was charged Sept. 26 by Butler Township police.Alice R. Conti, 61, of New Castle waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal trespass filed Feb. 19 by Butler Township police.Robin R. Lieser, 28, of Butler, was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance (two counts), small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia filed Feb. 19 by Butler Township police.Cindy L. Anderson, 38, of Butler, pleaded guilty to a charge of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay $919 fine and costs. She was charged Feb. 19 by Butler Township police.David C. Masdea, 47, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay $719 fine and costs. He was charged Feb. 19 by Butler Township police.Mark A. Musser, 40, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $869 fine and costs. He was charged Feb. 19 by Butler Township police.Jacqueline D. McDougall, 32, of Slippery Rock, pleaded guilty to charges of drug paraphernalia, unauthorized use of registration, registration/certificate of title required, no inspection and disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $894 fine and costs. She was charged March 13 by Butler Township police.Derek J. Ezatoff, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and failure to stop at stop sign and was ordered to pay $899 fines and costs. Charges were filed Feb. 27 by Butler Township police.Joshua K. Keys, 38, of West Sunbury, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was ordered to pay $719 fine and costs. He was charged March 13 by Butler Township police.Dakota M. Sloan, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of drug paraphernalia, lighting required, no inspection and driving without a license and was ordered to pay $809 fine and costs. Charges were filed Feb. 4 by Butler Township police.Lary A. Shahan, 52, of Butler, pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft and was ordered to pay $472 fine, costs and restitution. The charge was filed Sept 11 by Butler Township police.Rose M. Comly, 51, of Butler, was held for court on charges of possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia filed March 25 by Butler Township police.Scott L. Wright, 24, of Butler, waived to court a DUI charge filed Feb. 2 by state police.Timoth J. Green, 54, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and speeding filed April 2 by Butler Township police.

District Judge Sue HaggertySAXONBURG — The following cases were recently heard in the court of District Judge Sue Haggerty by Senior District Judge Pete Shaffer.Bryan K. Hartman, 51, of Renfrew, was held for court on charges of possession of marijuana, driving while license suspended/revoked, registration suspended and driving an unregistered vehicle filed June 28, 2017 by Penn Township police.Gavin D. Wiefling, 29, of Butler, waived to court charges of DUI, speeding, careless driving, no headlights, no rear lights and failure to use safety belt filed Feb. 3 by state police.

District Judge William O’DonnellSLIPPERY ROCK — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge William O’Donnell.Shawn Michael Scott, 23, of Shelocta waived to court a charge of DUI filed Oct. 29 by state police.John Wesley Walters of Grove City waived to court charges of DUI, failure to carry registration, disregarding lane and careless driving filed Feb. 23 by state police.Hayley Skye Perle, 20, of Cheswick, waived to court charges of DUI, possession of alcohol by minor and registration and certificate of title required filed Feb. 16 by Slippery Rock Borough police.
