John 43, of Butler, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving during suspension and was ordered to pay $1,577 fine and costs and was committed to 90 days in the county jail. He was charged April 11 by Butler Township police. He received the same sentence after pleading guilty to a driving during suspension charge filed March 18 by township police. He also pleaded guilty to a driving during suspension charge filed March 27 by township police and was ordered to pay $1,623 fine and costs plus spend 90 days in jail.Chad J. Hustak, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a retail theft charge and was ordered to pay $598 fine, costs and restitution. He was charged Sept. 26 by Butler Township police.Alice R. Conti, 61, of New Castle waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal trespass filed Feb. 19 by Butler Township police.Robin R.
