EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following case.
Lois Anita Daniels, 28, of Renfrew was held for court on charges of DUI: controlled substance — scheduled 2 or 3, DUI: controlled substance — impaired ability, driving with a suspended license, disregarding a traffic lane and speeding. Charges were filed Feb. 11 by state police.
