Wetherholt keys Mars triumph
J.J. Wetherholt homered, singled and collected four RBI Thursday as Mars defeated North Hills, 10-1, in baseball action.
Alex Heavner pitched five innings for the victory. North Hills was limited to four hits.
Jon Quinn had a double and single, Rowen Fletcher two singles for the Planets.

Boys Volleyball
Butler became the first team to win a set against North Allegheny this season, but the Golden Tornado (5-8, 3-5) dropped a 3-1 decision to the Tigers.
Scores of the match were 16-25, 19-25, 25-23, 13-25.
Kaleb Wojnar had 15 assists for Butler while Jordan Ray had 10. Dennis Goodwine had nine kills, Logan Donnel three blocks.
Butler travels to Shaler Tuesday.
