CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard the following cases.

Edward J. Shaffer Jr., 47, of Altoona waived for court two counts of forgery, two counts of conspiracy to use an access device, two counts of using an access device and criminal use of a communication facility. Two counts of conspiracy to commit forgery were withdrawn. Charges were filed April 4 by Cranberry Township police.

Laura Aller, 35, of Aliquippa waived for court charges of criminal trespassing, two counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft, conspiracy to receive stolen property and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Sept. 11 by Cranberry Township police.

Charles C. Groom, 20, of Pittsburgh waived for court charges of aggravated assault, possession of a controlled substance, purchasing alcohol for a minor, public drunkenness and resisting arrest. A charge of corruption of minors was withdrawn. Charges were filed Oct. 16 by Cranberry Township police.

Rennie K. Solozano, 33, of Pittsburgh waived for court charges of materially false written statements and statement under penalty. Charges were filed Feb. 25 by Cranberry Township police.

Ethan A. Vickers, 48, of Cranberry Township waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, accident involving damage to attended property, failure to stop and give information, careless driving and following too closely. Charges were filed March 6 by Cranberry Township police.

Jimmy Riggins, 52, of Pittsburgh waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense and failure to report an accident. Charges were filed Jan. 15 by Cranberry Township police.

Troy T. Heiser, 30, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Feb. 25 by Cranberry Township police.

Kelsea L. Sing Dhawan, 24, of Vandergrift was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Feb. 21 by Cranberry Township police.

Charles H. Toy, 25, of Vandergrift was held for court on charges of possession on a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Feb. 21 by Cranberry Township police.

Amber J. Rouse, 28, was held for court on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Jan. 29 by Cranberry Township police.

Tony Melton, 41, of Earlsboro, Okla., waived for court charges of conspiracy to use an access device, using an access device, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed March 6 by Cranberry Township police.

Joy L. Collyar, 43, of Pacifica, Calif., waived for court charges of conspiracy to use an access device, using an access device, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed March 6 by Cranberry Township police.

Terri L. Thomas, 39, of Butler waived for court charges of DUI: controlled substance Schedule 1 first offense, DUI: controlled substance Metabolite first offense, DUI: controlled substance impaired ability first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, exceeding max speed by 28 mph, following too closely and driving on a suspended license. Charges were filed Jan. 30 by Evans City/Seven Fields Regional police.

Heather Pulgini, 38, of Pittsburgh waived for court acquiring or obtaining possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Dec. 11 by Cranberry Township police.

Lisa L. Dangelo, 44, of Youngstown waived for court charges of DUI: controlled substance impaired ability first offense, possession of a controlled substance and disregarding traffic lanes. Charges were filed Feb. 11 by Cranberry Township police.

Dwayne E. Evans, 51, of New Castle waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: general impairment first offense and disregarding traffic lanes. Charges were filed Jan. 4 by Cranberry Township police.

Jordan J. Schurer, 25, of Butler waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense and driving at a safe speed. Charges were filed Feb. 11 by Cranberry Township police.

Jessica L. Siwicki, 42, of Harmony waived for court charges of DUI: controlled substance or Metabolite first offense and disregarding traffic lanes. A charge of reckless driving was withdrawn. Charges were filed Jan. 24 by Cranberry Township police.

William J. Hribal Jr., 59, of Slippery Rock waived for court charges of obtaining possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, conspiracy to acquire possession of a controlled substance and criminal attempt to acquire possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation. Charges were filed Jan. 17 by the Office of the Attorney General.

Tonya M. Phillips, 42, of Akron, Ohio, waived for court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to receive stolen property. Charges were filed Jan. 30 by Cranberry Township police.
