'Rosie Revere Engineer' puts spotlight on STEM
In the musical “Rosie Revere, Engineer,” Ms. Greer's classroom includes three inquisitive out-of-the-box thinkers.
Rosie Revere has big dreams, Iggy Peck has a relentless passion for architecture, and Ada Twist's curiosity can drive her teacher crazy.
The new musical, based on the books “Rosie Revere, Engineer,” “Iggy Peck, Architect” and “Ada Twist, Scientist” by Andrea Beaty, spotlights STEM curriculum (science, technology, engineering and math).
The 60-minute show will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday at Seneca Valley Intermediate High School in Jackson Township.
The show, staged by Theatreworks USA, is recommended for children 4 and older. It features acting, movement, music, singing and comedy.
