McKean St., hosts a spring film series “Presenter’s Favorites” featuring the film “The Third Murder,” about a lawyer tasked with defending a client who faces the death penalty if found guilty, on April 25. Films begin at 6 p.m. Admission is free though donations are accepted and reservations are required for the films. Maridon hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays. PITTSBURGHFort Pitt Museum in Point State Park, part of the Smithsonian-affiliated Senator John Heinz History Center museum system, will host Patrick Spero as part of its 2019 Fort Pitt Speaker Series at 11 a.m. April 13. Spero will discuss how the West played a crucial role in the struggle for independence.
