SAXONBURG — The following cases were recently heard in the court of District Judge Sue Haggerty by Senior District Judge Pete Shaffer.

Shannan M. Audette, 32, of DuBois was held for court on charges of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct filed Jan. 2 by state police.

Richard Shaw, 60, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, reckless driving, speeding and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked filed Feb. 4 by Buffalo Township police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge William O’Donnell.

Sherman Tawon Dijon Sherwood, 30, of New Castle waived to court charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct filed Feb. 14 by state police.

Maxwell Joseph Lewis, 20, of Wexford waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right and disregarding lane filed Nov. 2 by state police.

Tyler Jaes Markovic, 23, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding lane and careless driving filed Dec. 16 by state police.

William Patrick Midberry, 37, of Eau Claire was held for court on a charge of theft by deception filed March 29, 2018, by state police.

Anthony Avena, 47, of New Castle waived to court charges of DUI, registration and certificate of title required and duties at stop sign filed Nov. 18 by state police.

Scott Ronald Parish, 43, of Forestville pleaded guilty to a charge of drug paraphernalia filed June 17 by state police.

Daelyn Nicole Wolfe, 32, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding lane, careless driving and failure to use safety belt filed Dec. 7 by state police.

Donald Curtis Whiting, 44, of New Wilmington waived to court charges of DUI, improper class of license, requirement for commercial driver’s license, following too closely and careless driving filed Jan. 14 by state police.
