[naviga:h3]BC3 inducting trio into Hall of Fame[/naviga:h3]

BUTLER TWP — Butler County Community College will induct Michael Cuscino, Tom McConnell and Megan (Smith) Nimmo into the Charles W. Dunaway Pioneer Hall of Fame May 4.

The induction ceremony begins at 2 p.m in the BC3 Field House.

Cuscino was a BC3 golfer from 2007-09, McConnell played basketball from 1978-80, Nimmo volleyball from 2002-03.

[naviga:h3]SRU field hockey has highest GPA[/naviga:h3]

SLIPPERY ROCK — The Slippery Rock University field hockey team recorded the highest cumulative grade point average in all of NCAA Division II through the fall semester.

The team’s GPA was 3.66, second highest in program history. This is the sixth time this decade that SRU field hockey has led the nation in GPA.
