A-C Valley falls in final

Kane outscored A-C Valley by nine points in overtime as the Wolves claimed the District 9 Class AA girls basketball title with a 61-52 decision at Keystone High School Friday.

Kane (23-3) was paced by Hannah Buhl's 23 points, including nine in the extra period.

Olivia Boocks led the Falcons (20-4) with 20 points and Cami McNany added 11.
