Isaac DeGregorio scored 35 points as the North Catholic boys basketball team held off Deer Lakes, 74-65, in the WPIAL 4A playoffs Thursday night at North Allegheny.

The Trojans led by 17 with less than four minutes remaining before Deer Lakes made one final push, closing to nine just two minutes later before North Catholic settled down.

North Catholic led 33-29 at the half, but began the third quarter on a 7-0 run to increase its lead to 40-29.

The Trojans will face Aliquippa in the semifinals Monday at a site and time to be determined.
