CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard the following cases.

Michael Vigna, 28, of Baden, waived to court two felony counts of manufacture, deliver or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; two felony counts of conspiracy to manufacture, deliver or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; felony criminal use of a communication facility; felony conspiracy to commit criminal use of a communication facility; and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, conspiracy to possess a controlled substance by a person not registered and conspiracy to use or possess drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed July 17 by the Office of the Attorney General.

Joshu Lecornu, 36, of Sewickley, waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Sept. 4 by Cranberry Township police.

Shawn M. McKittrick, 52, of West View, waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed July 31 by Cranberry Township police.

Cory Cumming, 28, of Beaver Falls, waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property. In a second case, charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, three counts of retail theft and three counts of receiving stolen property were waived to court. Charges were filed Nov. 1 by Cranberry Township police.

Samantha Wilfong, 25, of Beaver Falls, waived to r court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Oct. 18 by Cranberry Township police. In a second case, Wilfong waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Nov. 1 by Cranberry Township police.

Chastin Harris, 26, of Beaver Falls, was held for court on charges of strangulation, simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed Jan. 31 by Cranberry Township police.

John H. Hart, 54, of Mars, waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: general impairment first offense and driving at safe speeds. Charges were filed Dec. 11 by Evans City-Seven Fields Regional police.

Corrina D. Hoggard, 44, of Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of false or fraudulent insurance claim, two counts of acquiring or obtaining possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, forgery, procurement for self or others by forgery and theft by deception or false impression. Charges were filed Nov. 28 by the Office of the Attorney General.

Devon G. Poupore, 23, of Evans City, waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, DUI: controlled substance scheduled 2 or 3 first offense, DUI: controlled substance metabolite first offense, DUI: controlled substance impaired ability first offense and failure to stop at a red signal. A charge of use or possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn. Charges were filed Dec. 19 by Evans City-Seven Fields Regional police.

Tara L. Leisie, 46, of Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense and careless driving. Charges were filed Nov. 20 by Cranberry Township police.
