11:02 a.m. Jan. 23 — A medical issue caused a 2011 Peterbilt dump truck driven by Sidney C. Ford, 52, of Kittanning to drift across four lanes of Route 422 in Clearfield Township.

Police reports said the truck hit a road sign and continued to ride along the edge of the embankment before it struck a road sign and came to rest facing east.

The driver, who became unconscious, was not charged.

8 a.m. Jan. 24 — Troopers charged Aaron J. Kassander, 38, with violating his PFA at a residence on Main Street.

Kassander was arraigned before District Judge William Fullerton.
