Tuesday — Shane Kucsmas, 26, of Pittsburgh was charged with having heroin and pills stemming from a call last week for an intoxicated man at Pullman Square.

Police said when they found Kucsmas about 11 a.m. Jan. 18, he was unable to stand. He was arrested for public intoxication.

A subsequent search, according to court documents, turned up one stamp bag and several empty bags of suspected heroin and four Xanax pills for which he did not have a prescription.

Kucsmas is charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and public drunkenness.

1:27 a.m. Sunday — Jason S. Wogan, 43, of Butler Township allegedly drove away after causing a two-vehicle accident at Holcomb Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard.

Police eventually found Wogan at his home. Also there, according to court documents, was the vehicle that he had reportedly been driving. The vehicle had “heavy front end damage to the driver’s bumper side.”

He is charged with hit-and-run, failing to stop and give information or render aid and careless driving.

Thursday — Kelly Jo Tilger, 52, of Butler was charged with being more than three times the state’s legal limit for alcohol in connection with a December incident at the Walgreens drugstore on New Castle Road.

Police said Tilger about 5:30 p.m. Dec. 20 backed her car into another vehicle in the store’s drive-through.

Results of a blood test eventually showed her blood-alcohol level was 0.245 percent. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08 percent is considered intoxicated.

Tilger is charged with driving under the influence.

3:32 p.m. Tuesday — Stasha J. Campbell, 58, of Butler did not stop at a red light and collided with another vehicle at New Castle and North Duffy roads. Cassandra Fugate, 48, of Butler was the other driver.

Neither driver was injured but both vehicles had to be towed. Police cited Campbell for the red light violation.

12:53 p.m. Tuesday — Vehicles driven by Shannon L. Clarke, 38, of Prospect and Ian J. Spencer, 20, of Cranberry Township collided at Route 356 and Duffy Road. No one was hurt but both vehicles had to be towed.

Police cited Clarke for making an improper left turn.

9:22 a.m. Saturday — A car driven by Stacey L. Swidzinski, 45, of Renfrew collided with another vehicle at Route 68 and Eberhart Road. Julia Bell, 59, of Butler was the other driver. No one was injured.

Police said the accident happened when Swidzinski ran a red light at the intersection. She was cited for the violation.
