EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases.

Jason Michael Roccia, 30, of Evans City waived charges of driving under the influence, failure to use turning signal and restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed Nov. 14 by Evans City Police.

Chad Eric Heasley Jr., 29, of Russellton waived charges of burglary, criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property, theft, possession of a firearm without required license and prohibited possession of a firearm. Charges were filed Nov. 20 by Adams Township Police.
