SLIPPERY ROCK — Slippery Rock University senior running back Wes Hills has accepted an invitation to play in the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl Jan. 19 at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif.

This is one of three major postseason showcase events for prospective NFL players to detmonstrate their talents in front of NFL personnel. Thirty players from last year's game were on NFL opening day rosters.

Hills rushed for a Rock single-season record 1,714 yards this season.
