Maridon Museum, 322 N. McKean St., with its collection of Asian art and pieces of German Meissen porcelain, is open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays. Harmony Museum, 218 Mercer St., offers tours from 1 to 4 p.m. daily, except when the museum is closed Mondays. Admission is $7 for adults, $6 for senior citizens, and $3 for youths 6 to 17. Call 724-452-7341.

PITTSBURGH

National Aviary, 700 Arch St., will have extended evening hours until 9 p.m. as well as refreshments and music on Dec. 13, 20, 26, 27 and 28. The aviary will also have light displays on its building and habitats from December through early January. Hours are daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $15 for adults and $14 for senior citizens and children 2 to 12. Call 412-323-7235 or visit www.aviary.org.

Children’s Museum, Allegheny Square, will host the 19th annual Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood Sweater Drive through Dec. 19. “Rube Goldberg: The World of Hilarious Invention!” continues through May 5, “Native Voices” through Jan. 6 and “Tough Art” through Jan. 13. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Admission is $16 for adults and $14 for children ages 2 to 18 and senior citizens. Call 412-322-5058.

Carnegie Science Center, North Side, presents the 2018 Miniature Railroad & Village — Donora’s historic Cement City. The Lego exhibit “The Art of the Brick” runs through Jan. 7.
