[naviga:h3]BLT begins ‘Jeeves’ comedy[/naviga:h3]
Butler Little Theatre opens the play “Jeeves in Bloom” Friday at the BLT, One Howard St.
The light-hearted comedy will run through Dec. 1 at 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, 2:30 p.m. Sunday, and 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

[naviga:h3]Jazz Cabaret hosts group[/naviga:h3]
PENN TWP — The Jazz Cabaret on Nov. 28 will feature musicians across the jazz spectrum.
Vocalist Erin Burkett will lead the group with Virgil Walters on bass, Max Leake on the keyboard, and Mike Tomaro, saxophonist.
The music will flow from 7 to 9:15 p.m. at Conley’s, 740 Pittsburgh Road.
Cost is $12.50 per person which includes appetizers and parking. There will be a cash bar.

GROVE CITY — The Celebration Handbell Ringers will mark the Christmas season with a free concert at 7 p.m. Dec. 3 at Tower Presbyterian Church, 248 S. Broad St.
Along with the Celebration Ringers, the Revelation Ringers (a group of college students) and the Glenn Memorial Ringers of Tower Church, will also perform as well as Sue Garton, a world renowned handbell soloist and clinician who has performed and taught handbell techniques all over the world.
Admission is free, though an offering will be collected.
[naviga:h3]Artists conduct holiday shows[/naviga:h3]
The Associated Artists of Butler County and the Cranberry Artists Network will hold holiday shows in December.
The AABC presents its annual Christmas Art Show & Sale from Dec. 5 to 29 at The Butler Art Center, 344 S. Main St.
The reception for the show will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Dec. 7 with cookies, coffee and hot cocoa.
Drop-offs are anytime through Dec. 1st. The show will all be handmade goods, art and crafts. The show is still looking for people to contribute as well as artists/artisans to join.
The Art Center is open regularly from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and noon to 4 p.m. on Saturdays, except holidays. Admission is free. Call 724-283-6922 or visit ButlerArtCenter.org.
The Cranberry Artists Network hosts its Holiday Show of members’ work through Dec. 21 at the Back Hall Gallery in the Cranberry Township Municipal Center, 2525 Rochester Road.

The Bach Society will present its choral concert “Light of the World” on Nov. 30 at Center Presbyterian Church in Slippery Rock as well as Dec. 1 at Tower Presbyterian Church in Grove City.
Both concerts start at 7:30 p.m. and have free admission.
