500-plus still without power here

More than 500 electric customers in Butler County remained without power Tuesday night, according to outage maps.

Central Electric and West Penn Power have continued tracking outages since Thursday’s winter storm that affected thousands countywide.

Central Electric reported 477 total customers expected to be without power until 10 p.m. Tuesday, including Marion Township, 5, Venango Township, 97, Cherry Valley, 14, Eau Claire, 6, Allegheny Township, 75, Slippery Rock Township, 2, Cherry Township, 2, Parker Township, 9, Brady Township, 73, Clay Township, 2, Concord Township, 1, Fairview Township, 7, Oakland Township, 15, Donegal Township, 8, Summit Township, 12, Clearfield Township, 5, Penn Township, 38, Jefferson Township, 25, Middlesex Township, 38, and Clinton Township, 33.

West Penn Power reported 106 customers still without power, including Bruin, fewer than 5, Butler City, 16, Center Township, 18, Chicora, fewer than 5, Clearfield Township, fewer than 5, Connoquenessing Township, fewer than 5, Donegal Township, fewer than 5, Fairview Township, 24, Middlesex Township, fewer than 5, Parker Township, 19, Penn Township, 16, Petrolia, fewer than 5, Slippery Rock Township, fewer than 5.
