The Pulse will play from 8 p.m. to midnight Nov. 16at the American Legion Post 778, 150 Legion Memorial Lane. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. Admission is $3. Dancing, food and beverages available.

The Jazz Cabaret on Nov. 28 will feature vocalist Erin Burkett, bassist Virgil Walters, keyboardist Max Leake and saxophonist Mike Tomaro. The music will flow from 7 to 9:15 p.m. at Conley’s, 740 Pittsburgh Road, Penn Township. Cost is $12.50 per person which includes appetizers and parking. There will be a cash bar.
