Sing Hosanna! will stage Meredith Wilson’s “The Music Man” Friday through Sunday at the Succop Theater at Butler County Community College.
Curtain is at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and at 2 p.m. Sunday.
Tickets are $15 and are available at May’s Music Shoppe and at the door. Seats are not reserved.

The cast of “The Addams Family Young @ Part” includes six Butler County students: 10th-graders Kaylee Bechtold and Breanna Libert, both of Mars; and ninth-graders Zach Aaron and Sydney Antoszyk and eighth-graders Drew McManus and Shaun Walker, all of Cranberry Township.
The show will run Nov. 16 to 18 at the Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center in Midland, Beaver County.

[naviga:h3]Opus I presents Strayhorn event[/naviga:h3]
Opus I Music Society will continue its course of study “Musicians of Western Pennsylvania” with a program Monday at LifePointe Alliance Church, Route 228 in Adams Township.
Beginning with refreshments at 9:30 a.m., and in celebration of “American Music Month,” the members will explore the music of Billy Strayhorn, pianist and composer of Pittsburgh with presenter Ryan Stewart.
Admission is free.

The National Aviary offers extended evening hours including a festive menu, hot chocolate, cider and adult beverages as well as live holiday music performances on Dec. 13, 20, 26, 27 and 28.
Extended hours until 9 p.m. are set for these days as well.
The National Aviary will also, for the first time, feature light displays.
The holiday light displays will run from December through early January.
