In loving memory of our beloved son, Douglas Brian Bartmas Jr., who passed away two years ago today.

We miss you just as much today, as the day you went away

And we find it hard to believe that was two years ago on this day.

We cannot change the past or foretell what is yet to come.

Life has its twists and turns and is really tough for some.

We knew God was taking you even though we prayed for you to stay.

Your time on earth was brief and wish you did not have to go.

But we hope you can see how much you’re missed

Because we have a void that won’t go.
