TIME CHANGE
Knowing that Daylight Savings Time begins the next day in April 1966, Peggy Sherman, a secretary for the investment firm of Singer, Deane and Scribner, turns the clock ahead one hour before leaving for the weekend. Most of the country, including Butler County, returns to Eastern Standard Time at 2 a.m. Sunday when clocks are to fall back an hour.
