CRANBERRY TWP — A charge of simple assault against a Seven Fields man was dismissed last week.

According to court documents, the charge against Luke A. Lavalle, 19, of Seven Fields, was dismissed Friday following a hearing before District Judge David Kovach.

The charge was initially filed Aug. 27 following a domestic incident at his home, police said. During the incident, according to police, Lavalle allegedly bit another member of his family on the chest and broke items around the home.
