District Judge David Kovach in Cranberry Township recently heard the following cases:
Robert A. Drewry, 52, Buffalo, N.Y., waived for court two counts of theft by unlawful taking, two counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of criminal trespassing. Charges were filed Feb. 9 by Cranberry Township police.
Joseph R. Fulton, 26, of Glenshaw waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment, DUI: highest rate of alcohol and careless driving. Charges were filed Sept. 5 by Cranberry Township police.
Sherod L. Rosier, 33, of Pittsburgh waived for court charges of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, robbery via threat of serious injury, carrying a firearm without a license, criminal use of a communications facility, unlawful restraint causing serious bodily injury. Charges were filed Aug. 22 by Cranberry Township police.
Timothy S. Weber, 42, of Baden waived for court charges of conspiracy to commit theft by deception and false impression, theft by deception and false impression, receiving stolen property and two counts of passing bad checks. Charges were filed Aug. 22 by Cranberry Township police.
Dino Morell, 61, of Beaver Falls waived for court a charge of retail theft. Charges were filed Feb. 21 by Cranberry Township police.
Lauren Marelli, 23, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment and DUI: highest rate of alcohol. A charge of reckless driving was withdrawn. Charges were filed July 2 by Cranberry Township police.
Ronald H. Aguilar-Barrero, 31, of Lawrenceville, Ga., waived for court charges of corrupt organizations, conspiracy to violate corrupt organizations, seven counts of conspiracy to commit overnight burglary with no person present, seven counts of overnight burglary with no person present, six counts of theft by unlawful taking and seven counts of criminal mischief. Charges were filed April 24 by Pennsylvania State Police.
Fredy M. Guerrero-Bernal, 36, of Corona, N.Y., waived for court charges of corrupt organizations, conspiracy to violate corrupt organizations, seven counts of conspiracy to commit burglary, seven counts of burglary, six counts of theft by unlawful taking and seven counts of criminal mischief. Charges were filed April 24 by state police.
Kevin S. Mora-Paredes, 21, of Pennsylvania waived for court charges of conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking, theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to commit access device fraud, access device fraud, conspiracy to commit theft by deception and false impression, theft by deception and false impression, conspiracy to receive stolen property and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Aug. 8 by Cranberry Township police.
Alfredo L. Rojas, 30, no address listed, waived for court charges of conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking, theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to commit access device fraud, access device fraud, conspiracy to commit theft by deception and false impression, theft by deception and false impression, conspiracy to receive stolen property and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Aug. 8 by Cranberry Township police.
Patricia D. Harris, 42, of Cranberry Township waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment, DUI: highest rate of alcohol, and accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property. Charges were filed July 30 by Cranberry Township police.
John C. Earl, 56, of McKees Rocks waived for court charges of DUI: controlled substance and careless driving. Charges were filed July 30 by Cranberry Township police.
Nicole G. Waters, 47, of New Brighton waived for court a charge of retail theft. The charge was filed July 19 by Cranberry Township police.
Matthew G. Banyas, 24, of Cranberry Township waived for court three counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, two counts of criminal use of a communication facility, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. One count of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance was withdrawn. Charges were filed July 17 by the Office of the Attorney General.
Cynthia L. Grimm, 44, of Akron, Ohio, waived for court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Aug. 27 by Cranberry Township police.
Renee R. Ryan, 45, of New Castle waived for court charges of theft by failing to make required disposition of funds and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Aug. 14 by Cranberry Township police.
Jason R. McLean, 47, of Pittsburgh waived for court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed July 31 by Cranberry Township police.
Jermaine Revis, 45, of Cranberry Township waived for court charges of strangulation, simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed Aug. 27 by Cranberry Township police.
John M. Panyi, 41, of Pittsburgh was held for court on a charge of retail theft. The charge was filed June 27 by Cranberry Township police.
William R. Moriarty, 46, of Cranberry Township waived for court charges of simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed Aug. 8 by Cranberry Township police.
Derrick L. Bell, 41, of Delta City, Mass., waived for court a charge of simple assault. A charge of false imprisonment was withdrawn. Charges were filed July 12 by Cranberry Township police.
Christopher M. Friedman, 34, of Beaver Falls was held for court on charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and loitering and prowling at night. Charges were filed Aug. 21 by Cranberry Township police.
