District Judge David Kovach in Cranberry Township recently heard the following cases:
William Andrew Follmer, 53, of McDonald, waived for court charges of failure to stop at a red signal, two counts of DUI: general impairment of driving safely and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. A charge of marijuana-small amount for personal use, was withdrawn. Charges were filed Aug. 14 by Evans City-Seven Fields Regional police.
Julian D. Jordano, 25, of Bridgeville waived for court two counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver of a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance. Charges were filed Aug. 24 by the Office of the Attorney General.
Michael Hutchenson, 33, of Fort Mill, S.C., was held for court on a charge of bad checks. The charge was filed Feb. 21 by Cranberry Township police.
Cody Adams, 28, of Kittanning waived for court two counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed July 27 by the Office of the Attorney General.
Analaraye M. Happ, 21, of New Brighton waived for court charges of theft by deception or false impression, receiving stolen property and bad checks. Charges were filed April 17 by Cranberry Township police.
Jacquelyn Bara, 34, of Cranberry Township waived for court charges of simple assault and harassment by subjecting another to physical contact. Charges were filed July 11 by Cranberry Township police.
Daniel Wolfe, 36, of Wilmerding waived for court charges of indecent exposure, open lewdness and driving while license is suspended or revoked. Charges were filed Aug. 16 by Cranberry Township police.
Jules W. Tomlinson, 26, of Beaver Falls waived for court a charge of retail theft. The charge was filed July 3 by Cranberry Township police.
Ronald A. Scurti, 52, of Youngstown, Ohio, waived for court a charge of retail theft. The charge was filed Oct. 19, 2017, by Cranberry Township police.
Jefferey W. Townsend, 53, of Tarrs, Pa., was held for court on charges of accident involving death or personal injury, aggravated assault by vehicle, failure to stop and render aid and passing left of a pedacycle. Charges were filed July 16 by Cranberry Township police.
Anthony J. Lattanze, 26, of Cranberry Township waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment, DUI: highest rate of alcohol, improper right turn and failure to keep right. Charges were filed Aug. 14 by Cranberry Township police.
Skylar Bridge, 23, of Gibsonia waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment, DUI: highest rate of alcohol, and exceeding max speed limit by 25 mph. Charges were filed July 30 by Cranberry Township police.
Kelly D. Keefe, 26, of Cranberry Township, waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment and DUI: highest rate of alcohol. Charges were filed Aug. 15 by Cranberry Township police.
