BUTLER TWP — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Kevin O’Donnell.

Kelly J. Ralston, 33, of Butler, pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft and was ordered to pay $466 fine and costs. Charges were filed May 4 by Butler Township police.

Allysa M. Stefanowicz, 21, of Butler, pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge and was ordered to pay $266 fine and costs. Charges were filed June 22 by Butler Township police.

Paul W. Butler, 56, of Butler, waived to court charges of DUI and hit and run filed June 25 by Butler Township police.

Clecy E. Thompson, 28, of Butler, waived to court charges of DUI, lane and lighting violations filed June 19 by state police.

Brian J. Miller, 29, of Slippery Rock, waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and speeding filed June 18 by state police.

Kishon Yeagins, 21, of Philadelphia was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and windshield obstructions filed July 1 by state police.

Amy M. Schiebel, 39, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and operating a vehicle with suspended registration and was ordered to pay $743 fine and costs. Charges were filed June 18 by Butler Township police.

Brandon H. Graham, 20, of Boyers, pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $606 fine and costs. Charges were filed April 27 by Butler Township police.

Levaughn Prowell, 19, of Slippery Rock, waived to court a retail theft charge filed June 21 by Butler Township police.

Freddie L. Raiburn, 58, of Renfrew, waived to court charges of DUI and reckless driving filed June 18 by Butler Township police.

Carissa D. O’Block, 32, of Butler, waived to court charges of theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake, and driving during suspension/revocation filed April 27 by Butler Township police.

Mick D. Kendrick, 43, of Butler, waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, lane and light violations filed June 27 by Butler Township police.

Shawn E. Waltenbaugh, 36, of Butler, waived to court charges of DUI, a lane violation and meeting vehicle proceeding in opposite direction filed April 27 by Butler Township police.

Roshelle R. Emrick, 49, of East Butler, pleaded guilty to a retail theft charge and was ordered to pay $477 fine/costs/restitution. Charges were filed May 16 by Butler Township police.

Roy D. McAfee, 72, of Butler, waived to court charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness filed Aug. 1 by state police.

Brittany R. Hay, 19, of Butler, waived to court charges of criminal trespass, possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and harassment filed July 6 by Butler Township police.

John P. Dobrowski, 28, of Evans City, waived to court charges of DUI and flashing signals — failure to stop filed May 14 by Butler Township police.

Annette G. Budner, 56, of Butler, waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal trespass filed July 9 by Butler Township police.

Donald J. Campbell, 34, of Butler, waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy and retail theft filed June 19 by Butler Township police.

Ronna S. Gralitzer-Brite, 52, of Harrisville, waived to court retail theft charges filed July 5 and July 13 by Butler Township police.

Betty L. Fournaridis, 32, of West Sunbury, was held for court on a retail theft charge filed April 2 by Butler Township police.

Alexys M. Harris, 24, of Butler, was held for court on a bad check charge filed June 11 by Butler Township police.

Gavin D. Show, 21, of Oil City was held for court on a retail theft charge filed June 15 by Butler Township police.

Ewari Wayne A. Shackelford Ellis, 35, of Pittsburgh, was held for court on a criminal trespass charge filed July 18 by Butler Township police.

Adam R. Schnur, 33, of Saxonburg, waived to court charges of DUI, careless and reckless driving, and lane violations filed July 4 by state police.

Robin R. Lieser, 48, of Butler, waived to court charges of theft, conspiracy, and unauthorized use of vehicle filed July 13 by state police.

Billie Jo Bowers, 51, of Butler, waived to court charges of theft, conspiracy, and unauthorized use of vehicle filed July 13 by state police.

Troy A. Boudreaux, 53, of Breaux Bridge, La., waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, disregarding lane, following too closely and careless driving filed March 25 by state police.

Justin Phillip Eddy, 25, of Slippery Rock, waived to court charges of theft, receiving, tamper with or fabricating physical evidence and criminal mischief filed May 17 by state police.

Ian Gregory Mitchell, 46, of Manassas, Va., waived to court charges of DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia filed May 26 by state police.

Bethany Lynn Champ, 51, of Portersville, waived to court charges of DUI, following too closely and speeding filed June 16 by state police.

Joseph Earl McFadden Jr., 52, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right and careless driving filed May 16 by state police.

Kayla Ann Brecosky, 21, of South Park waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding lane, speeding and failure to notify police of accident filed Feb. 18 by state police.

Dalton Parker Welsh, 24, of Slippery Rock, waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia filed May 10 by Butler County detectives.

Drew Colton Durasa, 22, of Saegertown, waived to court charges of DUI, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and following too closely filed April 28 by Slippery Rock University Police.

Garette Joseph Fritz, 18, of Erie waived to court charges of DUI, possession of alcohol by a minor, minor prohibited from operating a vehicle with any alcohol in his system, and a lighting violation filed May 31 by Slippery Rock University police.

Carly Ardan James, 21, of Gibsonia, waived to court charges of access device fraud and theft by deception filed Oct. 1 by state police.

Tyler Bruce Trommelen, 22, of Landenberg, Chester County, waived to court charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, criminal mischief and criminal trespass filed May 25 by Slippery Rock police.

Miranda Lynn Clark, 30, of Benezette pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Clark was charged Jan. 13 by Harrisville police.

Dakota Lee Stebler, 22, of Allison Park, waived to court charges of DUI and a stop sign violation filed May 18 by Slippery Rock police.

Donald Bernard Jones, 70, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of DUI and speeding filed May 13 by state police.

Dustin Troy Fiechuk, 25, of Butler, waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, obedience to traffic control devices and speeding filed May 15 by state police.

William Patrick Midberry, 37, of Slippery Rock was held for court on a charge of theft filed March 5 by state police.

Robert A. Branca, 37, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft by deception filed March 2 by Slippery Rock police.
