Court Sentencing
Butler County Judge William Shaffer handed down the following sentences Thursday.
Bryan A. Perri, 29, of Butler was sentenced to 15 to 30 months in Butler County Prison after he pleaded guilty June 26 to two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance — crack cocaine, misdemeanor criminal mischief and possession of an illegal offensive weapon. Shaffer sentenced Perri to another 6 months of incarceration for violating his parole in connection with a 2008 case for selling heroin and a revolver to an undercover police officer in Butler Township.
Zachary A. Fedokovitz, 22, of Prospect was sentenced to 12 months of probation, with 30 days of electronic monitoring, ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and complete 50 hours of community service after pleading guilty July 31 to marijuana possession and intent to deliver a controlled substance and DUI — controlled substance.
Charges of firearms not to be carried without a license, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn as part of a plea deal. Police found Fedokovitz smoking marijuana in a car parked in a Slippery Rock church on May 21.
James M. Iman, 50, of Greenville was sentenced to 48 hours to 6 months in Butler County Prison after pleading guilty July 23 to DUI.
Two additional counts of DUI, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, and several summary violations were dismissed as part of a plea deal. Police found Iman standing next to his car on April 4 when they tested him for alcohol. He failed the test, resulting in the DUI charge.
