CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard the following cases:
Sharon Lesperance, 55, of Zelienople waived for court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed July 2 by Cranberry Township police.
Brittani Rowry, 24, of Pittsburgh waived for court two charges of retail theft. Charges were filed June 20 by Cranberry Township police.
Alijah Golden, 21, of Pittsburgh waived for court charges of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft. Charges were filed June 20 by Cranberry Township police.
Richard Whitmore, 36, of Brockway, Pa., was held for court on a charge of use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed July 17 by Cranberry Township police.
Clecy Thompson, 28, of Butler waived for court a charge of simple assault. Charges were filed July 31 by Cranberry Township police.
Scott Lowery, 50, of Cranberry Township waived for court charges of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another person and terrorists threats causing the evacuation of a building. Charges were filed June 28 by Cranberry Township police.
Adam Errett, 24, of Freedom, Pa., waived for court charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed June 6 by Cranberry Township police.
Dale Breakiron, 79, of Belle Vernon, Pa., was held for court on a charge of bad checks. Charges were filed June 19 by Cranberry Township police.
Ilsa Hess, 21, of Zelienople waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, driving an unregistered vehicle and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection. Charges were filed May 25 by Cranberry Township police.
Kelvin Burks, 28, of Youngstown, Ohio, was held for court on a charge of bad checks. Charges were filed June 19 by Cranberry Township police.
Andrea Pacor, 47, of Mars waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense and failure to stop at a red signal. Charges were filed July 16 by Evans City/Seven Fields Regional police.
