CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard the following cases.

Raven Kurtz, 34, of 716 Evergreen Ave., Pittsburgh, was held for court on a charge of retail theft. Charges were filed June 27 by Cranberry Township police.

Marianne Cynthia Jordan, 54, of 253 Leonards Lane, Cranberry Township, held for court on charges of theft by unlawful taking and loitering and prowling at nighttime. Charges were filed June 27 by Cranberry Township Police.

Dylan Hanger, 27, of 613 John St., Niles, Ohio, held for court charges of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness and similar misconduct. Charges were filed June 19 by Cranberry Township police.

Willie James Rush, 82, of 202 Elmhurst Circle, Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol, DUI: general impairment and a driving in a rotary isle the wrong way. Charges were filed June 6 by Cranberry Township police.

Kristi Keifer, 41, of 307 N. Elm St., Butler, waived to court charges of DUI: controlled substance impaired ability, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving. Charges were filed June 27 by Cranbery Township police.

Michael S. Blechman, 78, of 314 Cottingham Circle, Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment, DUI: highest rate of alcohol, accident involving damage to an unattended vehicle, careless driving, driving at safe speed and failure to keep right. Charges were filed June 6 by Cranberry Township police.

Steve Schmidt, 43, of 319 Poplar St., Tarentum, waived to court charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol, DUI: general impairment and disregarding traffic lanes. Charges were filed June 6 by Cranberry Township police.

Frantzi E. Schaub, 25, of 336 Stillwater Lane, Slippery Rock, waived to court a charge of retail theft. The charge was filed June 4 by Cranberry Township police.

Tyler Jordan Duffy, 23, of 109 Kings Alley, Harmony, waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment, DUI: highest rate of alcohol, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving. Charges were filed June 6 by Cranberry Township police.

Marcos Isaac Baldeo, 23, of 1907 Trenton Court, Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, DUI: controlled substance, driving at a safe speed and careless driving causing serious bodily injury. The charges were filed June 28 by Cranberry Township police. Baldeo also waived to court charges of resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Charges were filed July 16 by Cranberry Township police.

Barbara Lee Moore, 58, of 115 Hollow Lane, Butler, waived to court charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol, DUI: general impairment, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed June 6 by Cranberry Township police.

Tyler Crumrine, 27, waived to court two counts of theft by deception false impression and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed March 22 by Cranberry Township police.

Carla Marie Pascoe, 55, of 1557 Oak St., Oakmont, waived to court charges of filing a false insurance claim and criminal attempt of theft by deception using a false impression. Charges were filed May 22 by the Office of the Attorney General.

Kevin G. Kinzler, 56, of 241 Old Farm Road, Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment, DUI: highest rate of alcohol, obedience to a traffic control device and improper turn. Charges were filed June 13 by Cranberry Township police.

Alphonso J. Noggins, 27, of 954 Wood Hollow Drive, Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed June 6 by Cranberry Township police.

Noah Dylan Dibuono, 22, 429 Line Ave., Ellwood City, waived to court charges of possession of marijuana and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed May 23 by Cranberry Township police.

Joshua Charlton, 35, of Cranberry Township, waived to court a charge of theft of services. The charge was filed May 16 by Cranberry Township police.

Kristoffer Michael Ion, 27, of 108 Gerri Lane, Harmony, waived to court a charge of escape. The charge was filed June 29 by Butler County detectives.
