The North Washington Rodeo runs through Saturday at the rodeo grounds on Route 38 in North Washington.
The event takes place rain or shine.
Gates open at 6 p.m., and the rodeo starts at 8 p.m.
Dinners are available each night at the Social Hall at the rodeo grounds starting at 4:30 p.m.

The Butler County Recital Series has planned a “Bach, Beethoven and Brahms” concert for 7 p.m. Sept. 15.
Tanya Satteson of Cranberry Township, concertmistress of the Butler County Symphony Orchestra, will collaborate with pianist Nancy DeSalvo and mezzo-soprano Raquel Winnica Young.
The performance will take place at St. Peter’s Reformed Church in Zelienople.

The Butler County Recital Series aims to share classical solo and chamber repertoire with the community through regular performances.
[naviga:h3]Cabot artist displays work[/naviga:h3]
Artist Diane Jorstad of Cabot will exhibit her art at the Allegheny Valley Hospital’s “Art in the Valley” gallery from Sept. 2 to 29.
On display will be 14 paintings of realistic still life, floral and landscape art painted in oils in the AVH lobby area at 1624 Pacific Ave., Natrona Heights.
Jorstad also will be displaying “Pond Frog” at the Associated Artists of Butler County’s Nature and Wildlife Show opening Sept. 12.
Jorstad’s experience as an artist has included awards in various art shows, magazine cover art, sales of art in various galleries and local shops, teaching art classes and doing clay sculpting for a local company.
[naviga:h3]‘Wings’ tour visits airport[/naviga:h3]
The Wings of Freedom Tour featuring the World War II Vintage Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress visits the Pittsburgh-Butler Regional Airport Thursday through Sunday.
The Collings Foundation also brings a rare bomber and fighter aircraft for the living history display.
Hours in Butler County are 2 to 5 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the airport at 475 Airport Road in Penn Township.
