SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Michael Anthony McCoppin, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, receiving, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct filed April 18 by Penn Township police.

Arlene Pricilla Donaldson, 32, of Butler waived to court a charge of endangering welfare of children filed April 25 by Penn Township police.

Matthew W. Huffman, 39, of Mars waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding lane filed April 30 by Penn Township police.

Leslie Jean Kmit, 52, of Freedom waived to court charges of DUI, road laned for traffic and careless driving filed Feb. 8 by state police.

Nathan Frndak, 36, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of fleeing, reckless endangering of another person (three counts), speeding, reckless driving, following too closely (three counts), stop sign violations (three counts), driving while DUI suspended, unregistered vehicle, improper pass (three counts) unsafe movement/pass on right, improper signal filed March 23 by Buffalo Township police.

Zackary Michael Nuzum, 19, of Allison Park waived to court charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia filed March 5 by state police.

Christopher Joel Mann, 41, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed April 12 by state police and was ordered to pay $468 fines and costs.

Michael William Hasch IV, 40, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed April 9 by state police and was ordered to pay $368 fines and costs.

Todd Thornhill, 37, of New Kensington pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by deception filed Sept. 5, 2017, by Saxonburg police and was ordered to pay $438 fines, costs and restitution.

Luke James Jenkins, 34, of East Pittsburgh waived to court charges of forgery, theft and receiving filed Aug. 11, 2017, by Penn Township police.

Levi Edward Shearer, 23, of Cabot, waived to court charges of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and invalid registration filed April 25 by state police.

Robert Dingel, 49, of Valencia was held for court on charges of DUI, speeding, careless driving and failure to keep right filed April 11 by Middlesex Township police.

Michael Harshman, 57, of Mars was held for court on charges of DUI, failure to keep right and careless driving filed April 11 by Middlesex Township police.

Paul Damion Ford, 50, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to charges of harassment and disorderly conduct filed March 26 by state police and was ordered to pay $266 fines and costs.

Michael Lawrence Ciminello, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, expired registration, road laned for traffic, careless driving, general lighting requirements, no seat belt and expired inspection filed Jan. 16 by state police.

Taylor Nicole McGinnis, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving filed April 23 by state police.

Rebecca Gillespie, 46, of Ambridge waived to court a theft charge filed April 16 by Buffalo Township police.

Brandi Leigh Cramer, 22, of New Kensington pleaded guilty to a theft by deception charge filed Sept. 15, 2017, by Saxonburg police.

Tiana Taylor Gladkoff, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed by state police.

Brian Lloyd Stoops, 35, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving filed April 12 by state police.

Helen Jean Cosme, 48, of Ford City waived to court charges of possession of crack/cocaine, possession of paraphernalia, DUI, invalid registration, unauthorized transfer/use of registration, drivers required to be licensed and driving under suspension filed April 12 by state police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge William O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Robert Mitchell Cote, 33, of Erie waived to court charges of fleeing, possession of controlled substance, unsafe movement/pass on right, disregarding lane, following too closely, stop sign violation, yield violation, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, speeding, improper pass, careless and reckless driving filed May 8 by state police.
