SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge William O’Donnell recently heard these cases:

Shawn Patrick Nolan, 46, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding lane and careless driving filed March 13 by state police.

Cody James Dugas, 26, of Jefferson Hills waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding lane and careless driving filed March 25 by state police.

Mark Anthony Domhoff, 50, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of theft, receiving, criminal trespass and driving under suspension/revocation filed April 12 by state police.

Michael Blaze Sopo, 19, of Harrisville waived to court a charge of criminal mischief filed April 13 by state police.

Carly Suzanne Sharrer, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and improper back up filed March 24 by Slippery Rock police.

Cameron Matthew Long, 19, of Wind Gap waived to court charges of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and no rear lights filed April 17 by Slippery Rock University police.

David Paul McGinty, 57, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment filed May 1 by state police.

Nikola J. Relic, 55, of New Castle waived to court charges of small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, speeding and careless driving filed March 30 by state police.

Douglas Jermaine Watson Sr., 43, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession of firearm prohibited and firearms not to be carried without a license filed May 21 by state police.

Warren James Lowther, 21, of New Florence waived to court charges of DUI and no rear lights filed Jan. 20 by Slippery Rock police.

Trent Richard Whittaker, 22, of New Castle waived to court charges of DUI, small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and no headlights filed April 1 by Slippery Rock University Police.

Shawn Michael Forsythe, 31, of Slippery Rock waived to court a charge of retail theft filed March 17 by Slippery Rock police.

Brandyn Lee Gutauskas of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of theft and access device fraud filed March 3 by state police.

James M. Iman, 50, of Greenville waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, improper stop, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages filed March 31 by state police.

Jeremiah Dywayne Zehner, 24, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of DUI, small amount of marijuana, driving while privilege suspended/revoked, obeying traffic control devices, disregarding lane, registration and certificate of title required and operating vehicle without valid inspection filed May 13 by Slippery Rock police.
