5:47 p.m. June 10 — Christie L. Boby, 35, of Cranberry Township was arrested for drunken driving after she reportedly passed out in a car at a drugstore parking lot on Route 19.
Police said Boby was awake when they got there, and she admitted that she had consumed “a few” alcoholic drinks during the day, according to court documents.
The defendant showed signs of impairment during field sobriety testing and she submitted to a portable breath test device, which indicated she had alcohol in her system. She refused to submit to a blood test.
Boby was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. She was released on her recognizance and placed on pretrial supervision.
One of the conditions of her release is that she wear an alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet and submit to random testing for alcohol and/or drugs.
