BUFFALO TWP — All four feature winners Friday night at Lernerville Speedway earned starting spots in premiere events later in the 2018 schedule at the Sarver oval.

A.J. Flick started eighth in the Sprint feature, grabbed the lead with a few laps remaining and held it for his third win of the season. That victory earned him a spot in next month’s Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup race.

Late Model points leader Michael Norris got a flat tire on the opening lap of the feature, but returned to the track and worked himself into the lead. Jared Miley passed him with two laps left, however, to snare the win.

Miley started the race from the 12th position. He earned a spot in this weekend’s Firecrcker 100.

John Mollick was looking for his first career win in the Modified feature, but lost out to Rex King Jr. on a late-lap restart. Corey McPherson drew the pole for the Pro Stocks feature and led the 20-lap race throughout.
