Grove City baseball joins D-10 title game
SLIPPERY ROCK — Logan Minch produced three hits and two RBI Friday night as Grove City advanced to the District 10 baseball championship game with an 8-6 win over Harbor Creek at Critchfield Park.
Minch had a double and two singles for the Eagles. He also scored three runs.
Grove City will face Meadville — an 8-7 winner over Hickory — in the title game Monday at Critchfield Park.
Trey Adams was the winning pitcher, striking out four in 4.2 innings pitched. Ben McKnight had two singles for the Eagles, who scored four runs in the first inning.
