Maridon Museum, 322 N. McKean St., concludes a festival of films from India with “Charulata” at 6 p.m. May 17. Admission is free, but reservations are required by calling 724-282-0123. Regular gallery hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays, except holidays. Museum admission is $4 for adults, $3 for senior citizens and students, and free for children younger than 8 accompanied by an adult. Children’s Museum, 10 Children’s Way, Allegheny Square, opens “Thomas & Friends: Explore the Rails” on May 19. “The Pigeon Comes to Pittsburgh: A Mo Willems Exhibit” continues through Sept. 2. Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except holidays. Admission is $16 for adults and $14 for children ages 2 to 18 and senior citizens. Children younger than 2 are admitted free.
