We wish to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to our many friends, neighbors, relatives and co-workers for the love and support shown to us during the recent illness and loss of our beloved mother and grandmother, Martha L. Sychak.

We especially wish to thank the staff in the ICU at Butler Hospital, the Concordia Visiting Nurses and the staff at VNA Inpatient Hospice for the compassionate care given to our mother and to our entire family during her stay.

We also wish to thank Geibel Funeral Home for their caring service. Also a special thanks to Father Radko Blichar from St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church for spending time with us during this difficult time.

Many thanks to Georgiann Maitland and the ladies who prepared and served the wonderful luncheon for our family and friends after the service. We appreciate it very much.

To all those who sent food, flowers, gifts, masses, a beautiful card or in any other way shared in our sadness. We are extremely grateful.
