2:30-3:04 p.m. Saturday — Police are investigating a hit-and-run incident at Walmart, 400 Butler Commons. Police said a 2015 Toyota Camry was damaged while parked in the lot.
10:31 a.m. Saturday — No injuries were reported in two-vehicle crash on Route 68 at Delwood Road. Police said Kaleb Young, 19, of Karns City, was driving a 2002 Ford Taurus east on East Jefferson Street, when the vehicle rear-ended a 2003 Toyota Camry driven by Kiera Piper, 21, of Butler, who was attempting to make a left turn onto Delwood Road. Both vehicles were towed.
5:13 p.m. Saturday — No injuries were reported in a three-vehicle crash on New Castle Road. Police said Miranda Brady, 24, of Butler, was driving a 2014 Mazda CX-5 westbound, when she failed to stop for slowing traffic, hitting a 2017 Subaru Outback driven by Larry Divers, 56, of Butler. Divers’ vehicle was pushed into a 1998 Nissan Altima driven by Barbara Julian, 19, of Butler. Two of the three vehicles were towed.
4:25 p.m. Friday — Della Ann Ruminer, 50, of Renfrew, was charged with retail theft after police said she failed to scan $62.70 worth of merchandise at Walmart, 400 Butler Commons.
12:30 p.m. Saturday — Rachel Huff, 23, of Slippery Rock, was charged with summary retail theft after police said she failed to scan 13 items valued at $84.21 at a self-checkout register at Walmart, 400 Butler Commons.

2 p.m. Thursday — A 16-year-old Harrisville boy was charged with retail theft for allegedly taking a car stereo, fish hooks and a camouflage hat from the Walmart in Pine Township, Mercer County.

3:56 p.m. Friday — A 41-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman, both of Freeport, were arrested in connection with a traffic stop at the Route 28 off ramp in Fawn Township, Allegheny County. The male driver was allegedly under the influence of drugs and faces a DUI charge, pending lab results. The woman was wanted by Lower Burrell police. Police did not release names of the individuals.
