Ross A. Boggs II, 36, of Pittsburgh, currently serving up to 10 years in prison for robbery in Allegheny County, was sentenced to state prison time in Butler County Court Monday, for stealing a woman´s wallet and forging her name while making purchases using her credit cards.

A Pittsburgh man, currently serving up to 10 years in prison for robbery in Allegheny County, was sentenced to state prison time in Butler County Court on Monday, for stealing a woman's wallet and forging her name while making purchases using her credit cards.

Ross A. Boggs II. 36, was sentenced to 1 to 3 years in state prison by Judge William Shaffer.

He was also ordered to pay $1,578 in restitution.

This sentence will run concurrent with the 5 to 10 year sentence Boggs received in Allegheny County after pleading guilty to three felony robbery counts.

Boggs is currently serving time in state prison in La Belle.
